Lets make one thing clear shall we. Being vegan doesn’t automatically mean that you are healthy; and being a healthier vegan is a lifestyle I am striving towards. With fast food around every street corner and GMOs hiding everywhere (even in some of our organic food) as conscious consumers we need to be even more careful with what we invest our money in when it comes to food. After all health is wealth, which is why I am such a fan of Mr.Organic as they pride themselves with respect and care for not just the environment but for everyone who is involved in their vision.
Their slogan has always been one to catch my eye ‘Live positive. Eat Positive’. As a mental health nurse I am very in-tune with my thoughts and feelings and even more so now I am vegan. I have noticed that their is a strong correlation between my dietary intake and my mental health. I am much happier when I am eating wholesome organic meals as opposed to, too many snacks and foods made with added preservatives.
I was ecstatic when I was invited to attend the brand ambassador and press event for Mr. Organic on the 15th November 2017 as it is a brand I truly love. With Chef Andrea cooking us up a vegan storm and seeing how passionate Mr Organic was himself I fell in love with the brand that bit more. Not only were we spoiled with great food, we were even made vegan cocktails using the Mr.Organic Apple Cider Vinegar as one of the main ingredients which was genius.

Not only did Mr.Organic share some delicious recipes, it proved that being vegan doesn’t have to be expensive nor does it have to be time consuming.
