
Ingredients
Rice
Chickpeas (1 can)
Sesame Oil
Garlic Cloves (3-4)
Onion (1)
Sweetcorn
Peas
Carrots
Chinese five spice
Lee kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce (207ml)
Chilli Oil (Homemade)
Garlic Oil (Homemade)
Chilli Flakes

Method
- Cook rice and keep to one side
- Cook chickpeas for 3-4 minutes in a separate saucepan
- Pour a generous amount of sesame oil into a wok on a medium heat
- Shallow fry garlic and onions until soft in the wok
- Once soft place cooked rice into the wok
- Add chickpeas, sweetcorn, carrots and peas to rice
- Sprinkle a generous amount of Chinese five spice to rice
- Pour soy sauce over the rice and vegetables until covered
- When you are happy with the flavour it is now time to serve
- Add Fried rice to a bowl and pour desired amount of garlic and chilli oil over the rice and sprinkle with chilli flakes and cracked black pepper
- Enjoy!
